Founder & Head Coach

I’m a UESCA-certified endurance coach with over 30 years of running experience, starting as a sprinter and evolving into a lifelong runner. My path hasn’t been linear; I’ve lived with chronic illness most of my life, and I know firsthand what it means to balance health, training, and everything life throws your way.

I coach with honesty, structure, and a lot of care. I’ll meet you where you’re at, push you when it matters, and support you through the days when showing up feels heavy. My approach is rooted in sustainability because running should add to your life, not take from it.

I’m especially passionate about working with women, the queer community, and anyone who has ever felt like they didn’t belong in traditional running spaces. I also hold space for survivors of domestic violence and abuse, creating an environment where strength is rebuilt on your own terms.

My background is anything but traditional. I’ve studied nursing, worked in healthcare administration, and now own a tattoo shop; experiences that have shaped how I see people, resilience, and the many ways strength can show up.

No matter who you are, you’re welcome here. This is a space to build confidence, reclaim your body, and run in a way that feels like yours.
